Jennifer , from Salem, Oregon, developed a love for animals at an early age. An active member in 4H, she grew up riding, training and caring for horses. She started grooming in 2004 at Soapy Paws in Salem.

From 2016-2020 she led the Corvallis Wilco salon to become one of the most productive salons in the PNW, and was subsequently awarded Lead Groomer of the year in 2018. 

In 2020 she began the journey to become a National Certified Master Groomer through National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA). This 2-year program is the highest level of professional achievement in the Grooming industry.

She regularly competes in national grooming competitions. For the last three years in a row, Jennifer has taken first place in intermediate Poodle competition (2022-2024) at the Northwest Groom Show.

Jennifer is recognized as 1 of only  3 Standard Poodle Show Groomers in Oregon by the Columbia Poodle Club (Portland) and referred to by poodle breeders throughout the Pacific Northwest as a leading groomer for Standard Poodles.

Jennifer brings a level of experience and excellence that is rarely accomplished in the pet grooming industry. Pet CPR and first aid certified, Jennifer is consistently seeking to further her professional knowledge and experience.

When she is not in the salon, she loves spending time with her standard poodles Desi and Kimber, enjoys perusing antiques stores, gardening and riding her horse E-Z.
